Thank you for completing the Payment Advice Form. Upon confirmation from the Hotel
requested, we will then advise our premium Merchant Bank to raise a Debit Advice of
10% to guarantee reservation of the room upon check-in at the Hotel. In the event of
no-show by you OR no cancellation of reservation is received by us within 48 hours from
the date of reservation of the Hotel requested by you, we reserve the right to raise a one
(1) day charge on behalf of the Hotel. If there is any change, please notify us by email
to umtc@tm.net.my immediately.
