AceCollege.edu.my   by the said College   (hereinafter referred to as “ACE College”). 

No  part  of  the  copyright in the said  website, logo known as  www.AceCollege.edu.my,   including without  limitation,  text,  information,  images,  graphics,  icons,  maps,  setup designs,  software  may  be  reproduced,  stored  in  notebook  or  retrieval   system  or   transmitted,   printed  or  distributed   without   prior  permission  in  writing   from   ACE College.     You may  download  one temporary  web page on any single computer for your own reference purposes and are not allowed to distribute,  display  or  create any derivative works from  any of the Contents,  in  whole or  in  part.

We value the information given to us in good faith and in reciprocity of  your trust in us, we will treat such information as classified data for our use only.

Our College is highly committed in insuring that all input data supplied by our customers are fully secured and maintained in confidential manner and not reveal  to outsiders unless such information is required by our Merchant Bank to secure hotel reservations.  Nevertheless, such requirements are duly notified in our Confirmation Reply.  In the event of doubtful entry, please withhold payment to a 3rd party and seek clarification from our College for verification.

Malaysian laws required that all transactions via credit card can only be effected by licensed Merchant Banks only.  To ensure confidentiality,  all credit card information transmitted over the Internet is encrypted using the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol from Verisign Certificate Authority.  SSL is a secure way of transmitting information between two computers on the Internet using encryption.    Any discrepancy should be notified to us immediately for rectification.
